How to Change the Colors of an Imported Object or Shape

1) Double-click on the imported image to open Format Picture window → Select the photo icon tab (on the right)
2) Use Picture Corrections and Picture Color (Recolor) dropdown menus to edit the image color

How to Change the Colors of Shapes Made in Word

1) Double-click on the object or shape to open Format Panel → Make sure you are under the Bucket Icon (on the top left)

2) Adjust your colors under the Fill or Line Option→ Colors

3) For more detailed colors, use the Color dropdown → More Colors  → Select Color options along the top of the window that includes:

  • Using an eyedropper tool for exact color matching with other shapes or images
  • Adding a HEX # for exact color changes
